Yes, the season really is getting closer. The 1st team’s league fixtures have been released and are uploaded to the cunningly disguised “Fixtures” tab. For those too lazy to click through, the first friendly is on 14th April, with Cheam being kind enough to host us. From there we have a two week gap, which we are working hard to fill, before our first league match takes place on 5 May with a trip to Beddington.

Somewhat obvious, as you are already reading this, but the website is slowly being revamped and updated. Lots of behind the scenes reading of WordPress blogs and tidying up of standing information on the site. Hopefully by the start of the season this will be pretty special looking.
Focus is mainly on the player profiles at the moment, as they are relatively easy to update and provide an angle to understand the vagaries of WordPress. From there, we will move onto more exciting things. There’s a long “to do” list.
